Soccer Game

We got some free tickets from Sydney to go to the Real Salt Lake soccer game.
We had a fun time at the game, plus they ended up winning which is always fun.

And went to Chick-Fil-A afterwards. Nothing reminds me of home more than a large diet coke and chick-fil-a sandwich.

fiesta days

I love going to rodeos. I think it makes me feel more like a southern girl, but something about them is just so entertaining to me.

One of my favorite events was the muttin bustin (where the young kids ride the sheep) The kids were so cute and had lots of fun, and two of the kids rode across the whole arena.

And to end the night they had an awesome firework show and I love fireworks.

Throwback

We love spending time at our Uncle Brian and Aunt Wendi's house. We have gone over there three nights in a row to hang out, watch movie, and even make sweet treats.

We like to watch So You Think You Can Dance, Wendi and I like the bachelorette, and it all started off with the show Idiot Abroad.

Its fun to have relatives who live so close that you can become so close with.

And in watching So You Think You Can Dance last week we one couple dance Bollywood Style and it brought back many fun memories of dancing with my best friend back home. Here is a video of us dancing at her friend's Indian Reception.

The Mildenhall name

Recently Randy's grandpa passed away. We knew he was having some medical problems and had recently visited him while in Brigham City for our cousin Matt's mission homecoming.

I have to say it was a great funeral service. His life, characteristics, and loving nature was honored and remembered. Throughout the day and service I felt so grateful for being able to carry the Mildenhall name.

reunion time

well we have had a very exciting week.

first we met my family in Bountiful to drive to Idaho. First stop in Idaho was Twin Falls so my parents could surprise their friends, the Nielsons, at their son's wedding reception.
They had so much fun reconnecting-- they have been friends since they were at BYU.

Then on to Boise. We visited with cousins and aunts and uncles we haven't seen for a while. Ate yummy food. and had lots of fun.

more pictures to come...
